Mr. Hassan, Baba Ibrahim was born on 24th April 1965 in Damaturu Yobe State, Nigeria. He join the Federal Civil Service as Planning Officer11 on Salary Grade Level 08 in Federal Ministry of Agriculture. He grew through the as at when due till he was promoted to the rank of Director with effect from 1st January 2020.
Mr. Hassan served in several Ministries which included the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Budget Office of the Federation, National Commission for Persons with Disabilities among others.
He is currently the Director, Human Resource Management in the Ministry of Defence. Some of the previous appointment held includes Director Human Resource Management National Commission for Persons with Disabilities before his current appointment as the Director Human Resource Management MOD.
He participated in several Conferences/Workshops within and outside Nigeria including Change Management and Building leadership Competence in the Public Sector in Turkey, Civil-Military relations in Democracy, Dynamics of Stress Management. He has also travelled to several countries in the world which include Tunisia, United Kingdom, and Netherlands. He holds Bachelor Science in Economics from University of Maiduguri and a Member of Nigeria Economic Society. He is married and blessed with seven children.
