Mr. Chuma-Ajaegbu N. Joe was born in Lagos on the 27th of October, 1964 in Lagos state, Nigeria.
Joined the Federal Civil Service as Senior Admin Officer and was regularized as Assistant Chief Admin Officer on salary Grade Level 13 in the defunct National Poverty alleviation Programme (NAPEP).He grew through the Cadre/Ranks till he was promoted Director with effect from 1st January, 2018
Chum-Ajaebu N. Joe Served in several Ministries which includes Office of the Surveyor-General of the Federation, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Public Institute of Nigeria (PSIN, Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Police Service Commission (PSC) and He is currently Director General Service in the Ministry of Defence.
Some of the previous appointments held include Deputy Director Planning Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Director Permanent Secretary Office and Director Human Resource Management in Federal Ministry of Information and Culture. He was Director Special Duties in the Ministry of information and Culture before his current appointment as the Director General Services in Ministry of Defence.
The Director hold membership affiliation to professional Bodies include, Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst, NIGERI, Institute of Fraud Examiners (specializing in Economic and Financial Fraud), African Business School (ABS) – Strategic Corporate Administration
He participated in the Bilateral Maritime Security in the Gulf of Guinea between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea, 3rd National policy Conference on Accountability and Transparency in all Public Institution, 12th Nigeria Development forum organized by African Centre for Resources Studies, Advanced Strategic Management – Kuva, 13th Nigeria Development Forum, Workshop on Poverty Alleviation Programme and Management Programme, Performance Based Budgeting, Budget Performance Management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting – (ICAN Workshop)
