DEFENCE MINISTER CONDOLES FAMILY OF LATE BRIG. GEN. ZIRKUSHU

The Minister of Defence Maj. Gen. Bashir Salihi Magashi (Rtd) has described Late Brig. Gen. Dzarma K. Zirkushu as a gallant officer who paid the supreme price to keep Nigeria safe and secure.
The Minister, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence, Musa Istifanus made the remark when he paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Brig. Gen. Zirkushu in Kaduna, at the residence of the slain officer.
While presenting a letter of condolence to the wife of the deceased, Mrs. Blessing Zirkushu, the Minister enjoined the family to accept the loss as an act of God.


Maj. Gen. Magashi further urged the family to take solace in knowing that the Late Brig. General’s legacy will always be remembered for his gallant performance while in active service.
Brigadier General Dzarma K. Zirkushu is survived by the wife and six (6) children.
