About the Report

What each report covers.

Policy & strategy — key defence policy decisions and direction from the Minister and Chief of Defence Staff.
Budget performance — approved allocation vs. actual expenditure across all budget lines, including capital and recurrent.
Procurement activity — summary of contracts awarded above threshold, consistent with the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
Operations & achievements — summary of operational activities by the Army, Navy and Air Force, and joint operations.
Human resources — staffing levels, promotions, retirements and training completions across the Ministry and agencies.
Key performance indicators — progress against the Ministry's service charter commitments and SERVICOM targets.
Auditor-General's remarks — extract of findings and management responses from the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation.
