What SERVICOM means.

SERVICOM is a Government-wide initiative requiring every Ministry, Department and Agency to publish a Service Charter and to deal with citizens with courtesy, efficiency and accountability.

In the Ministry of Defence, SERVICOM is championed by the Department of Reform Coordination and Service Improvement. Our SERVICOM Unit receives, investigates and resolves complaints about the quality of service the Ministry provides.
