Mrs. O. M. Mustapha is the Director Joint Services Department. She joined the Adamawa Civil Service in 1990 and transferred her services to the Federal Civil Service in 2002.
She has worked in several Ministries, Departments and Agencies amongst which are: Federal Ministry of Transport, Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Federal Ministry of Youth and Sport etc.
She is happily married with children.
