Mr. Ashibel P. Utsu, fdc hail from Obudu, Cross River State. He joined the Federal Civil Service in the 1990’s as an Administrative Officer I. He joined the Federal Service with a Master Degree in International Relations. His first degree is in Military Studies and Administration from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. He is a beneficiary of Ford Foundation/University Grant Commission Scholarship of the M.S. University of Baroda, India.
He also obtained a Master Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies – MSS, from the University of Ibadan. He is a graduate of the Prestigious National Defence College, Abuja, Nigeria. Mr. Utsu is currently pursuing a Phd in Defence and Strategic Studies at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
He holds several certificates in Debt Management, Finance and ICT from notable institutions in abroad and Nigeria. . He is a diligent, accomplished and seasoned administrator, with penchant for contemporary studies in Social Science.
He had served in various Ministries, which include, Federal Ministry of Finance, State House – Presidency, Ministry of Mines and Steel Development, Federal Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Defence. His hobbies include reading and helping humanity.
He is currently the Director, Air Force Affairs Department in Nigeria’s Ministry of Defence. He is happily married with children.
